Can you tell me more about the Elle TENS machines and how they work?
TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and is safe for you and your baby. The small pulses of electrical current are delivered via electrode pads which are placed on your back.
These pulses block pain signals from being sent to your brain and stimulate the release of endorphins, as well as providing a great distraction during your surges/contractions.
For a more detailed description on how they can assist you please head here.
Where do you ship to?
I currently ship Australia-wide. For details on charges and estimated delivery times please refer to my shipping policy.
Where are you based?
I am currecntly located in Yamba, NSW, Australia.
What if I want to return something?
I understand that things don't always work out as planned and therefore I offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied with your item/s.
Please note that this is not applicable to TENS machine hires if they have already been dispatched to you. We are also unable to accept change of mind returns.
For full details on the process please refer to our returns and refund policy.
What is a rebozo?
A rebozo is a traditional Mexican shawl that can be used not only as a piece of clothing, but also for carrying babies and wrapping around pregnant bellies to provide relief and support (similar to the modern day belly bands).
Rebozo sifting is a technique used to potentially help babies move in to an optimal position for birth by helping the mother's muscles and ligaments to relax enough to allow the baby to rotate. It can also be used in the weeks leading up to your birth.
Certain wrapping of the rebozo and carefully applied pressure can also help with some pain relief during labour.
